I joined the EF Global Intern 2010 edition when I was coming to the end of my Journalism degree in Russia. I have always enjoyed learning about other cultures and exploring the world we live in. One day I received a call telling me that my CV and video had been selected, I needed time to understand what this meant and then I realized that I had won a global contest with participants from over 50 countries! Thanks to my internship I can now see how business in other countries work. I choose Switzerland, the United States and Japan, so I could compare western and eastern styles of making business. I really wanted to broaden my outlook, enrich my mind with new knowledge and have a great experience. And of course make new friends from different countries.
